Some simple steps to get started!


1. Prep Your Ingredients

• Wash Seafood: Get your fresh prawns (shrimp) or fishballs ready.

• Prep Mushrooms: Clean a small handful of shimeji, straw, or button mushrooms.


2. The Noodle & Broth Base

• Cook Noodles: Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and place them into your serving bowl.

• Make Broth: Bring water to a boil and stir in the Tom Yum paste packet.
