I've been looking for Halal Khao Soi in KL for ages. This tastes like the ones I had in Chiang Mai!

I was skeptical about an instant version of Khao Soi, but wow! The flavor paste is next level, not watery at all and creamy comfort. Added a chicken drumstick and a bit of lime, and it tasted awesome. 10/10!

I'm officially obsessed. The herbal broth is so savory and aromatic, and the noodles soak it up perfectly. Definitely buying more in the next batch!
